Together we practice

Welcome to Clevedon Yoga

About class...

Traditional Hatha yoga combining asana, pranayama and meditation. We bring focus to the breath whilst moving through our asana practice, to creating freedom and space in the body. Through a dynamic flow we bring ease and focus to the mind. Through our practice developing self-awareness and self-acceptance, to bring body positivity.

Why practice yoga?

Through regular practice we can find the power of mind-body connection. Learning to observe ourselves we can start to understand what drives us, our actions, habits, and how we feel. Enabling us to listen to our intuition. Being more connected to ourselves, helps us to connect to others, and bring more authenticity to our lives.
