Laura has established a friendly atmosphere with sessions that challenge but also inspire confidence. Thoughtful, inclusive, and calm yoga practice.

Laura's classes are excellent. She puts a lot of effort into her preparation, so the classes are really varied. There is always a specific focus for each session which Laura begins by explaining. There are always options for different abilities, so everyone is suitably challenged yet nobody feels inadequate. The atmosphere is very friendly. Laura is very well qualified and knowledgeable and is a teacher one feels very comfortable with. Highly recommend.
