Service Description

6 x Yoga Classes, 75mins. This card is to offer flexibility, and to accommodate busy life styles. The 6 sessions can be booked and used over the course of 8 weeks, Class day and times to be arranged ahead of time, and at lease 24 hours notice to switch or move classes. Please let Laura know you would like to join a class before booking to make sure there is space. No refunds issued. When attending class please arrive 10mins before the start and bring a suitable yoga mat with you. Coats and shoes to be left outside of room in space provided.
