About course

Find your feet and build an understanding of what yoga is. Develop an awareness of what yoga means to you, and your yoga journey. Develop confidence in your practice that you can take into a weekly class, a retreat, or at home. Each week we will work in-depth with a new focus and intention. We will be learning about alignment and postures, stillness and meditation, and developing an awareness of our breath, and observing the affects on the body and mind. Discover more about ourselves, learn tools to help on and off the mat in every day life. On completing this 6 week course there will be help and support, and a opportunity to join the community, with discount and offers for joining the weekly mixed ability classes.

Laura's classes are excellent. She puts a lot of effort into her preparation, so the classes are really varied. There is always a specific focus for each session which Laura begins by explaining. There are always options for different abilities, so everyone is suitably challenged yet nobody feels inadequate. The atmosphere is very friendly. Laura is very well qualified and knowledgeable and is a teacher one feels very comfortable with. Highly recommend.
