Course starting 8th September 2022

This is a 4 week course, held on Thursdays at Clevedon Community Centre. 5.45-6.45pm.

This course is much shorter than my 6 week Foundation Course.

This short course offers an introduction to yoga. Familiarising ourselves with simple asanas, gentle breathing techniques, and an opportunity to see what is involved and what to expect in a yoga class setting.

It can be daunting joining an already established class, so this short course will hopefully give you the confidence to take that leap, and an opportunity to learn and practice in a safe space.

Class size is small and intimate to allow time for teaching and student interaction.

The Beginners Short Course is on the 'book on-line' page ready to book.
