Evening Yoga Flow
7.00-8..15PM
A flow style class using fluid movement and creative sequencing to open and find space in the body. Developing flexibility and strength in the body and steadiness in the mind, suitable for beginners and student coming back to practice after a break. Fun, friendly classes to welcome you in. Come join us for a class.

Wednesday
Evening Vinyasa Flow
7.00-8.15PM
A midweek reset, this class combines warming creative sequencing with mindful movement to build strength and flexibility while releasing the day’s tension. With time to build energy and release what we not longer need. The practice winds down into restful poses to support relaxation, calming breath work and prepare the body and mind for a good night’s sleep.

Friday
Morning Slow Flow
9.30-10.45AM
Ease in to practice with breath practice and gentle movement for this Hatha style class. Some strength and stability work, and movement to promote flexibility and ease in the body and mind. Time to reset ourselves, and rest at the end with a guided meditation and blankets.

Saturday
Morning Yoga Flow
9.30-10.45AM
Join me for an energising start to your day. In this mixed-ability flow, we’ll gently wake up the body, build heat through creative sequences, and find strength and ease in movement. Expect a balance of uplifting poses and grounding breathwork to leave you feeling centred, refreshed, and ready to step into the day with clarity and focus.

Chair Yoga
1.00-2.00PM
Starts 6th February 26
This Chair focussed class is here to support your yoga practice. Perhaps you have injuries or achy knees and a supported practice is what you are looking for. We will use props, bolsters, walls to facilitate full yoga practice. Classes will include, breath work, gentle warm up movements, supported posture work, mobility and strength work and some flow elements. Guided meditation and relaxation.
